Corporate Lawyer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and liaise with law enforcement agencies.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, and other legal instruments.
- Attend and assist in Preliminary Investigation and/or Inquiries Proceedings before the Prosecutor’s Office.
- Assist in legal research, case preparation, and documentation.
- Provide legal support to Management and company operations.
- Perform other legal duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Management and the Immediate Head.

JOB SUMMARY
The Corporate Lawyer will provide legal support in corporate and operational matters, coordinate with law enforcement agencies, prepare legal documentation, and assist in proceedings before the Prosecutor’s Office.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Member in good standing of the Philippine Bar.
- Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience as a Corporate or Litigation Lawyer.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prepare and manage legal documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel as required.
- Experience in conducting Bacolod City.
- Experience in preliminary investigation and/or inquiries proceedings as an advantage.
- Experience in filing for criminal and/or corporate cases as an advantage.
- Background or experience in the Energy or LPG industry is an advantage.
- Willing to learn and adapt to variations in operational requirements.
