Corporate Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

About the role

This is a strategic reliability role focused on shifting operations from reactive fixes to proactive asset management across three diverse business units of the company.

Tasks

• Design and execute preventative maintenance (PM) frameworks across industrial machining, drilling tool fleets (150+ assets), and commercial refrigeration facilities.
• Drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and root-cause failure analyses (RCA) to cut downtime and extend asset lifecycles.
• Deploy/manage Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) systems and oversee vendor SLAs and contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in reliability, fleet, or industrial plant maintenance.
• Experience with CMMS, heavy shop equipment, and HVAC/refrigeration.
• CMRP certification is a strong plus.
