🔎 What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
Experience recruiting for corporate, administrative, leadership, and specialized positions.
BPO or high-volume recruitment experience is a plus.
Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Strong interviewing, candidate evaluation, and communication skills.
Ability to assess resumes, identify qualified candidates, and conduct competency-based interviews.
Knowledge of recruitment platforms, LinkedIn, job boards, and sourcing strategies.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Excellent follow-up, time management, and attention to detail.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to selection and onboarding coordination.
Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on position requirements.
Conduct interviews, competency assessments, and candidate screenings.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers and department leaders.
Maintain an updated recruitment pipeline and provide regular hiring reports.
Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future vacancies.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.
Partner with HR and Operations to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and quality of hire.
