About the role
Nexusconsulting is hiring a Corporate Relations Manager to drive corporate relationships and create impactful career opportunities for learners.
Responsibilities
- Lead corporate outreach initiatives and build strong hiring partnerships.
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with leading corporates.
- Generate job opportunities and understand partner requirements.
- Map suitable learners or candidates to relevant career opportunities.
- Onboard new hiring partners and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Create placement success stories with aspirational companies.
- Provide insights on emerging skills and hiring trends.
- Build a strong network with Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Experience in corporate relations or placements is an added advantage.
- A strong network with Talent Acquisition or HR teams.
- Exposure to Product, IT/ITeS, FinTech, E-Commerce, HealthTech, Logistics Tech, or similar sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- A go-getter attitude and passion for the EdTech or education sector.
