About the role
BCG Attorney Search seeks an associate for its Technology & Outsourcing practice group in Dallas, Los Angeles, or New York. The role focuses on leading complex commercial transactions in the technology sector, with a focus on blockchain and crypto matters.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex commercial transactions in the technology sector.
- Focus on blockchain and crypto-related matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on commercial and IP issues.
- Draft and negotiate technology transaction agreements.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial contracting.
- Strong knowledge of blockchain and crypto matters.
- Experience with commercial, IP, and risk issues in technology deals.
- Bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills; able to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
