Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect companies and organizations seeking language or professional development training solutions
• Deliver tailored training proposals and pricing presentations
• Negotiate and secure corporate training contracts
• Collaborate with academy leadership and instructors to coordinate program launches
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to facilitate contract renewals

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate training sales, or workforce education
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Capability to manage extended sales cycles effectively
• Professional, self-motivated, and goal-driven mindset

Technology Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Laptop or desktop computer with webcam and wireless noise-canceling microphone
• Safe physical space suitable for movement during virtual instruction
