About the role
CFS is a growing manufacturing organization. This hands-on, highly visible role focuses on product costing, pricing support, and analysis across a high-mix manufacturing environment. You’ll work directly with leadership and partner with operations, engineering, and estimating teams to ensure accurate costs on new and existing parts.
Responsibilities
- Analyze new parts and update cost structures.
- Support pricing decisions through accurate cost modeling.
- Partner with operations on labor/burden rates and work center setup.
- Assist with month-end and basic journal entries.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Manufacturing cost accounting experience.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups.
- ERP exposure.
- Curious, hands-on, and comfortable working closely with operations.
