Cost Estimator Cost Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Cost Manager, for one of our clients; one of the fastest-growing project and cost management consultancies in the United States, as reflected in the top 10 rankings in ENR. The Senior Cost Manager will be responsible for preparing accurate construction cost estimates throughout all project phases, including concept, schematic, design development, and construction documents.
This individual will perform quantity takeoffs, pricing, cost planning, and estimate preparation for both Core & Shell and Fit-Out projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong CostX experience, preferably including 3D BIM takeoffs, and be capable of independently scoping, measuring, pricing, and completing full-building estimates with limited oversight.
Requirements:• Advanced proficiency in CostX• Experience with 3D BIM Takeoffs (preferred)• Experience preparing concept, schematic, DD, and CD estimates• Strong quantity takeoff and pricing experience• Core & Shell and Interior Fit-Out project experience• Ability to independently prepare full-building estimates• Strong understanding of construction systems and cost planning
