Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by warmly greeting and assisting customers at the sales counter.
• Guide customers in choosing tamales and atole, offering recommendations and answering questions.
• Process cash and card payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring register balances at shift end.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area, restock supplies, and arrange attractive product displays.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure product freshness and availability throughout the day.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to maintain smooth sales operations.
• Support local marketing efforts to promote our tamales and atole and attract new customers.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math operations confidently.
• Familiarity with basic point-of-sale systems and handheld devices preferred.

Compensation: 1800 MXN per week
