Key Responsibilities Provide personalized and empathetic customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Achieve individual and store sales targets by actively promoting and upselling Herbaliax products. Manage inventory control and stock replenishment to ensure product availability and minimize shrinkage. Operate the cash register accurately, handling transactions and daily cash control. Prepare and maintain detailed sales reports to support store performance analysis. Promote brand awareness by educating customers on product benefits and uses. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor environment. Identify new sales opportunities and contribute ideas to improve customer experience and sales strategies. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum education: Completed high school diploma (Bachillerato). At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service roles. Proficiency in Excel for inventory management and sales reporting. Experience handling cash registers and inventory control. Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset. Female candidates preferred, in line with company policy. Preferred: Previous experience in retail or health product sales is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
