Creative Content Creator for Children's Fashion in Funza

EspacioMenta1 is seeking a creative, energetic Creative Content Creator to join its children’s fashion team in Funza, Cundinamarca, Colombia. This is a fixed-term contract position for an experienced storyteller who can shape the brand’s visual identity and voice and create engaging content for children and their parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual content for social media, the company website, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and develop audience-focused campaigns.
• Produce and edit high-quality videos and photographs featuring the children’s fashion collection.
• Research children’s fashion trends and adapt relevant ideas to the brand’s style.
• Engage with customers, consider their feedback, and help build a community around the brand.
• Review engagement metrics and use the findings to improve content strategy.
• Help organize photoshoots, including preparing equipment and coordinating models and locations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Graphic Design, Advertising, Photography, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in content creation or a related field.
• Demonstrated creativity and skills in video editing and photography.
• Proficiency with relevant creative software, including Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with children’s fashion trends and marketing strategies is preferred.

Compensation and Work Arrangement

Pay: 2300000 per month. This is a fixed-term contract position based onsite in Funza, Cundinamarca, Colombia; it is not remote-eligible.
