Creator Partnerships & Community Manager

Tasks

• Grow the local creator ecosystem through partnerships with creators and agencies.
• Drive creator onboarding, product adoption and consistent high-quality content.
• Negotiate and deliver co-creation partnerships, creator incentives and events.
• Build online communities, meetups and workshops to improve engagement and retention.
• Develop creator growth programs and partner across teams on launches and flagship stories.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; 1+ years in creator operations, partnerships, community or related roles.
• Knowledge of local creators and social platforms; strong sourcing and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication, partnership design and negotiation skills.
• Passion for generative AI, AI video and digital creation.
• Results-driven mindset, data awareness, project management and collaboration skills.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work locally long term and participate in online and in-person creator activities.
