Crew Leader Equipment Operator

Looking for an experienced, responsible individual who can take ownership of the work and help lead a crew. Responsibilities include: Operating skid steers, mini excavators and other equipment; Leading landscape and mowing crews as needed; Working independently when needed; Keeping jobs moving efficiently and maintaining quality standards; Communicating with crew members and following job plans; Performing hands-on work alongside the crew. Must be dependable, hardworking and drug-free with a good driving record. Previous experience operating equipment and leading a crew is strongly preferred.
