Crew Leader Trainee

DRIFA IS NOW HIRING FPR A CREW LEADER TRAINEE POSITION!

I'm looking for a reliable, motivated person who wants to learn, work hard, and grow with the business. It can be a hard & dirty job but it's very rewarding.

For the first month or so, you'll work alongside me learning the ins and outs of scrap tire hauling, moving, furniture delivery, junk removal, and property cleanouts.

Once you've learned the systems, processes and safety requirements and you feel comfortable operating our 26-ft manual box trucks, you'll start going out on your own as a Crew Leader with a new employee to train.

I'm willing to teach the right person everything they need to know. You don't have to know it all on day one. What I need most from you is RELIABILITY, a good work ethic and willingness to learn how i like things done. You'll also need to be able to pick up and carry at least 100 lb, have a valid North Carolina driver's license, know how to drive a manual transmission 26 ft box truck and some moving experience is a definite plus.

The job is in Western NC.
