Role Description The CRM Data Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Managua. This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing customer data within the CRM system, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and properly segmented for sales and marketing initiatives. The coordinator will regularly import, clean, and validate data.
What you’ll do:Update and maintain company data across Shopify, HubSpot and internal databases, ensuring accuracy, completeness.Utilize HubSpot to support CRM management and sales related activities.Support sales and business development teams by keeping CRM information organized and up to date.Generate reports and track KPIs using Microsoft Excel.Bilingual (English & Spanish)Strong communication and writing skillsInterest in business development and design industriesOrganized, proactive, and tech-savvy
Details:Based in Managua (Las Colinas)Flexible schedule designed to fit different availability level:-Seed Tier (Part-time)-Tree Tier (6 hours per day) -Forest Tier (Full-time)
