Job description
Tasks
- Develop and grow relationships with new and existing customers
- Work with soil and tissue analysis to develop customized nutrient solutions
- Educate growers on products, agronomy and nutrient stewardship
- Identify new business opportunities and help grow the territory
- Collaborate with experienced agronomists and Crop Advisors
- Provide exceptional service from initial conversation through product delivery and application
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant agricultural experience or training
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- PCA and/or CCA preferred
- Established industry relationships are a plus
- Strong communication, organization and time-management skills
- Self-motivated, relationship-oriented and comfortable working independently
- Knowledge of fertilizer, agricultural sustainability or GIS is a plus
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Remote position with up to 20% travel
