Onsite (One E-Com Center, MOA Complex, Pasay)
Night Shift | Fixed Weekends Off
Full-time Temporary: 2–3 Months | Possible Absorption

COMPENSATION
₱18,000 Basic Salary
15% Monthly Performance-Based Incentive
15% Night Differential Pay
Up to ₱15,000 Achievement Bonus

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Answer employee inquiries via phone & online channels
Assist with benefits & coverage options
Process benefit-related transactions
Maintain accurate case records
Follow up & escalate complex concerns
Assist with benefits forms & requirements
Ensure compliance with company policies & call center standards

QUALIFICATIONS
Fresh Graduates, Newbies & Career Shifters Welcome
CSR/Customer Service experience is an advantage, but NOT REQUIRED
Strong English Communication & Critical Thinking Skills
Senior High School Graduate OR at least 2nd Year College (Old Curriculum)
