CSR / STAFFING COORDINATOR (BILINGUAL (ENGLISH / SPANISH))

FULL-TIME
IN-OFFICE POSITION
SHIFT OPTIONS: 6:00AM – 3:00PM or 8:00AM – 5:00PM
TELEMARKETING & FIELD WORK

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Answer inquiries and assist applicants and clients
- Recruit, screen, and interview applicants
- Coordinate employee placements and meet client staffing needs
- Telemarketing to build relationships, create new business, and follow up on leads
- Conduct field outreach to local businesses, construction sites, and job locations
- Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure great service
- Assist with scheduling, onboarding, and daily office operations
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our team

NO STAFFING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
EXISTING EXPERIENCE / No problem!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual: English / Spanish
- Comfortable making calls and talking to new people
- Willing to do field outreach and businesses in the Houston area
- Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
- Positive attitude and team player
- Computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required for field work)
