6 WEEKS CULINARY TRAINING + PROFESSIONAL READINESS

YOU'LL LEARN kitchen fundamentals including knife skills, cooking techniques and bakery production, and safety and sanitation along with soft skills and professional readiness (resume and interview prep). Find our more at www.hotbreadkitchen.org/programs.

HOT BREAD KITCHEN PROVIDES PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS WITH:
A $160 weekly Stipend for 5 weeks, daily OMNY cards, opportunity to receive NYC Food Protection Certification, and job placement support with Hot Bread Kitchen’s large network of employer partners.

WHEN: Kitchen Interviews begin on the week of September 28th. Training will be October 10th - November 16th, Monday - Friday 5pm-8pm. You must complete application form to be invited to interview.
