Join Hot Bread Kitchen’s FREE culinary training program now in the Bronx! Gain skills and confidence to prepare for a career in the food industry.

YOU’LL LEARN Kitchen fundamentals including knife skills, cooking techniques and bakery production, and safety and sanitation along with soft skills and professional readiness (resume and interview prep). Find more at www.hotbreadkitchen.org/programs.

HOT BREAD KITCHEN PROVIDES PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS WITH:
A $160 weekly Stipend for 5 weeks, daily OMNY cards, opportunity to receive NYC Food Protection Certification, and job placement support with Hot Bread Kitchen’s large network of employer partners.

WHERE: Great Performances, 2417 3rd Ave, Bronx, NY 10451
WHEN: Kitchen interviews begin on the week of September 28th. Training will be October 10th - November 16th, Monday - Friday 5pm-8pm. You must complete application form to be invited to interview.
