Curriculum Developer – Panamá, Panamá, Panama

AC is hiring a full-time Curriculum Developer in Panamá, Panamá, Panama. In this on-site role, you will design and improve educational programs that meet learner needs, align with learning objectives, and support engaging instruction. Your work will help shape educational content and strengthen the quality of AC’s learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Research educational needs, learner requirements, and current trends to inform curriculum development.
• Design, develop, and refine curriculum materials aligned with educational standards and learning objectives.
• Collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and practical.
• Develop and apply assessment methods to evaluate curriculum effectiveness and learner outcomes.
• Train and support instructors in applying curriculum materials and approaches.
• Monitor educational programs and recommend updates and improvements.
• Stay current with educational best practices, instructional design, and learning technologies.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in curriculum design and development.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Familiarity with curriculum standards and educational assessments.
• Experience with online learning platforms and integrating technology into education.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• At least three years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Team and Reporting

Join AC’s collaborative, innovative Curriculum Development team. You will report to the Director of Education and work with stakeholders across the organization.
