AC is looking for a talented Curriculum Developer to join our team in Panamá, Panama . Key Responsibilities Research and analyze educational trends and learner needs to develop effective curricula. Design, develop, and continuously improve curriculum materials aligned with educational standards and objectives. Collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Implement assessment tools to measure curriculum effectiveness and learner progress. Provide training and ongoing support to instructors for curriculum implementation. Monitor and update educational programs to maintain quality and relevance. Engage in professional development to stay updated on best practices and educational technologies. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field. Proven experience in curriculum design and development. Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Familiarity with curriculum standards and educational assessments. Experience with online learning platforms and integrating technology in education. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
