Job description
Join our team in San Francisco, California as a Customer Advocate and Engineering Liaison . This contract role is vital in bridging communication between our engineering teams and customers, ensuring their needs are effectively met while supporting continuous product development. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and feedback, delivering outstanding customer service. Facilitate clear communication between customers and engineering teams by translating customer requirements into actionable insights. Manage and prioritize customer project requirements to guarantee timely delivery and issue resolution. Maintain detailed customer relationship management (CRM) documentation to track interactions and feedback. Participate in cross-functional meetings to represent customer perspectives and contribute to product development. Analyze customer feedback and project results to recommend product improvements and enhancements. Support customer training and onboarding to maximize product value and satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required. Proven experience in customer service and project management roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with project management and CRM tools. Preferred experience liaising between technical teams and non-technical customers. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer advocacy or similar roles.
