Job description
Tasks
- Provide patient education and guidance during consultations.
- Handle patient registration, appointments and follow-ups.
- Coordinate surgery schedules and ensure smooth patient flow.
- Respond to patient enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Support marketing events and prepare relevant reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
- 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, adaptable and a strong team player.
Pay
- RM3,500–RM5,500 per month, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
