Overview of the role:
The Customer Care Representative position involves joining the Recruiting Team to participate in different projects with multicultural teams distributed worldwide. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical abilities, teamwork skills, and multitasking capabilities to support recruitment processes in a fast-growing company.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the sourcing process including posting job openings on various job boards, headhunting, using social networks, filtering CVs, and contacting candidates.- Understanding the requirements of each vacancy to carry out the headhunting process according to specific needs.
Requirements:
- Professional Experience: At least 1 year of work experience.- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the IT market.- Communication: Excellent communication skills.- Self-Management: Great capacity for independent work and self-direction.- Education: Studies in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.- Language Skills: Advanced English level.
