Job SummaryWe are seeking a Customer Data Platform (CDP) Manager to lead the company's Customer Data Platform strategy. This role will drive customer data integration, personalization, and Customer 360 initiatives while partnering with business and technology teams.ResponsibilitiesDefine and manage the Customer Data Platform strategy.Build and maintain a unified customer view (Customer 360).Work with Data Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, and Business teams.Drive customer segmentation and personalization initiatives.Ensure data governance, privacy, and data quality.Manage CDP roadmap and coordinate with technology partners.Present progress and business outcomes to leadership.Required SkillsSalesforce Data Cloud (Data 360)Salesforce CRMMarketing CloudCustomer Data Platforms (CDP)AWSAzure Data PlatformData ModelingData GovernanceCustomer 360 StrategyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3–6+ years of experience in Customer Data Platforms or Customer 360 solutions.Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise data platforms.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
