Requirements
- Experienced Customer Experience Platform Integration Engineer
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, SQL, and data analytics
- Hands-on experience developing scalable backend services, integrating CX platforms with CRM and billing systems, and analyzing customer data to improve customer engagement
- Telecom domain experience is highly preferred
