Customer Experience Sales Specialist

mountainFLOW + mountainFLOW Bottle Co. is looking for an energetic, organized person to help deliver an exceptional experience to our customers while supporting our growing custom water bottle business.
This is a part-time position (20-30 hours/week) with the potential to grow into a full-time role. We're looking for someone who wants to jump in, take ownership, and grow with the company. Our ideal candidate would become a full-time employee within 3 months.
What You'll Do
Customer Experience: we are leaning into real human communication and want our customers to speak with someone who actually uses and knows about our products Monitor website chat and respond quickly to customer questionsAnswer incoming customer phone callsKeep a close eye on our customer service inboxHelp customers choose the right products and solve problemsMake sure every interaction with Mountainflow feels friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful
Custom Water Bottle Sales + Order SupportKeep track of new custom bottle inquiries and ordersHelp customers move from initial inquiry through artwork, approval, production, and deliveryMake sure customers have submitted everything needed to keep their orders movingFollow up proactively so nothing falls through the cracksWork with our sales and operations teams to create a smooth, professional customer experience
Who We're Looking ForIs genuinely into skiing and/or biking and understands our customersCommunicates clearly and enjoys talking with peopleIs highly organized and good at keeping track of lots of moving piecesTakes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to doIs comfortable with phone, email, chat, and basic online business toolsIs eager to learn, work hard, and take on more responsibility over time
Experience in customer service, sales, or account management is a plus, but attitude, communication skills, organization, and enthusiasm matter more to us than a perfect résumé.
