Job description
Lead customer marketing planning and brand-building budget management in a hybrid role based in Guatemala City. This position oversees planning and control of projects, product launches, and promotions for key customers across a 1–12-month horizon, helping deliver value to customers and shoppers on time.

- Manage the customer marketing (CMKT) brand-building budget and visibility.
- Plan and control new projects, launches, and promotions for key customers.
- Coordinate business plan guidelines with the operations team.
- Support business growth through strong, timely execution.
- Help deliver customer and shopper value through Perfect Execution.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid position based in Guatemala City, Guatemala. The expected schedule is two days per week in the office and three days working from home.
