Customer Success Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused specialist to join our team in Santo Domingo. This role is critical to ensuring our clients receive the support, guidance, and solutions they need to succeed while strengthening long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, empathetic, and highly organized, with the ability to navigate complex customer interactions and deliver outstanding service.
Main Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely assistance and follow-up.Guide clients in the use of Ualett’s products and services, ensuring a seamless user experience.Resolve inquiries, issues, and escalations while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure alignment on solutions.Monitor customer feedback, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance retention and satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure consistent communication across channels.
Qualifications
Bilingual English/Spanish required.6+ months of experience in customer service, customer success, or client-facing roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.Ability to handle problem-solving with empathy and professionalism.Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Experience with CRM or customer support platforms is a plus.
