Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer project inquiries via email and phone, ensuring high satisfaction rates. Coordinate walkthrough schedules between clients and project teams to optimize time management and resource allocation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records on the internal dashboard, supporting seamless project tracking and reporting. Assist in updating customer data and project statuses, contributing to data integrity and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, improving overall service quality. Document customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
