Customer Service & Dispatch Representative

Tasks

• Answer incoming customer service and sales calls
• Schedule garage door repair and service appointments
• Coordinate schedules with our field technicians
• Assist customers and help identify the right services for their needs
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information
• Help keep our dispatch office organized and running efficiently

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
• Confident using computers and learning new software
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Customer service, call center, dispatch, or home-service industry experience is preferred, but not required.
