Customer Service

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, proactive, and customer-focused professional to join our insurance agency.

📌 RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle customer calls, emails, and messages.
• Follow up with client requests and policy needs.
• Assist with policy renewals, updates, and changes.
• Identify insurance needs and sales opportunities.
• Support sales and customer retention.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

📋 REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid Florida Insurance License or willingness to obtain one.
• 2-15, 2-40, or 4-40 license.
• Insurance, sales, customer service, call center, financial services, or administrative experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish English)
• Sales-oriented and customer-focused.
• Good computer skills and ability to work with digital systems, email, and CRM platforms.

🕘 SCHEDULE:
Monday–Friday
9:00 AM–6:00 PM
40 hours per week
1-hour lunch
