Customer Service Representative (Cashier) in Lima, Peru

Notaria De Vettori is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative (Cashier) in San Borja, Lima, Peru. This on-site role combines customer service with cashier duties, including processing payments for notarial services and balancing the cash register.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, timely service to notary customers.
• Collect payments for notarial services and issue the appropriate receipts.
• Process cash, bank transfers, and other authorized payment methods.
• Balance and reconcile the cash register at the end of each workday.
• Explain available notarial services and direct customers to the appropriate department.
• Record and verify payments, following internal procedures and customer service standards.

Requirements

• Experience handling cash registers and serving customers.
• Basic knowledge of payment receipts, collections, and cash reconciliation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Technical or higher education in administration, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail; able to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, honest, and able to provide verifiable employment references.

Compensation and benefits

• Monthly pay: 1500.
