Job description
Tasks
- Inbound customer service supporting disaster relief operations.
- No sales or field work!
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience
- Retail, hospitality, restaurant, call center and similar backgrounds welcome
- Strong communication and basic computer skills
- 18+, U.S. citizen, high school diploma/GED
- Ability to meet required background and financial screening requirements
- English-speaking and bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply!
Schedule
- Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Full-time, seasonal assignments (approximately 3–5 months).
- Training starts soon!
Pay
- $23/hr, including health & welfare supplement
- $22/hr, including health & welfare supplement
