About the role

Collabera is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a leading Fortune 10 company in the banking and financial services industry.

Tasks

• Provide first-line support to internal employees through voice and chat channels.
• Support global service desk operations and deliver excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with regional and international teams to resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Manage daily queues, exceptions, and time-sensitive requests.
• Investigate discrepancies and maintain accuracy in operational processes.

Schedule

• Hybrid – 4 days onsite per week
• 12-Month Contract (Potential for FTE Conversion)
• Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM EST

Pay

• $18–$20/hour
