About the Role
Labayk is seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for its manufacturing company, with additional support responsibilities for a new cosmetic research and development (R&D) lab. The successful candidate will communicate with clients about beauty and personal care products, manage inquiries and orders, and support lab organization and administrative needs. This on-site, full-time position is suited to a proactive, solution-oriented professional with strong communication skills and an interest in the beauty and personal care industry.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer questions about product formulations and manufacturing processes.
- Process sales orders and purchase orders, and manage client accounts accurately.
- Resolve client concerns professionally, recommend solutions, and work toward customer satisfaction.
- Explain company services and capabilities, including product categories, price estimates, and compliance details.
- Help customers troubleshoot issues and escalate cases when needed.
- Coordinate with production, R&D, and shipping teams to support timely order processing and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in spreadsheets and databases.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and company procedures.
- Support the R&D lab as needed, including labeling samples, organizing raw materials, and maintaining lab batch records.
