Customer Service and Cashier Representative – Lima, Peru

Notaria De Vettori is hiring a responsible, proactive Customer Service and Cashier Representative for its notary office in San Borja, Lima, Peru. This full-time, on-site role combines customer service, payment processing, and cash reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, timely service to notary office visitors.
• Collect payments for notarial services and issue the appropriate receipts.
• Handle cash, bank transfers, and other authorized payment methods.
• Record and verify payments, and reconcile and count the cash drawer at the end of each workday.
• Explain available notarial services and direct visitors to the appropriate department.
• Follow internal procedures and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Technical or higher education in administration or a related field is preferred.
• Experience handling cash and providing customer service.
• Basic knowledge of payment receipts, collections, and cash reconciliation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively; punctuality, honesty, and reliability.
• Verifiable work references.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly pay: 1500.
