Part-Time Customer Service Representative in Dallas, TX

RecruitHub Inc. is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative in Dallas, Texas. In this on-site role, you’ll help customers by phone, email, and chat, resolve questions and service issues, and represent the company with professionalism. Your work will contribute to customer satisfaction and help improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, seeking timely solutions.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records of feedback and trends.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and improve service strategies.
• Participate in training to strengthen product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Inform customers about new services and features when appropriate.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain solutions clearly.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to understand customer needs.
• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve service issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Team and Work Environment

You’ll report to the Customer Service Manager and work with colleagues across departments to support a consistent customer experience.
