Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Assist customers with product details, billing questions, and technical support. Participate in team meetings to discuss service enhancements and customer needs. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior customer service experience preferred (1-3 years). Proficient computer skills and familiarity with software tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
