🚨 We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Storefront) | Bilingual Spanish 🚨

• 205 N Seguin Ave, New Braunfels, TX 78130
🕒 Schedule: Any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
📅 Duration: Long-Term Contract
📌 Work Type: Onsite
We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team supporting storefront operations. If you have strong customer service skills, call center experience, and enjoy helping customers in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
✅ Assist customers with account inquiries, toll tag fulfillment, and violation resolution
✅ Process payments while maintaining PCI compliance
✅ Meet daily performance and service quality goals
✅ Reconcile payments and toll tags and prepare end-of-day reports
✅ Deliver professional, courteous, and efficient customer service
Required Qualifications:
✔ High School Diploma or GED
✔ Previous Customer Service / Call Center experience
✔ Fluent in Spanish and English
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Basic math and computer skills
✔ Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔ Ability to type 30+ WPM and perform 10-key data entry
✔ Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
