Customer Support Assistant

Provide customer support through Keplero, respond to inquiries, provide information on orders, shipments, tracking, payments, returns, and products, escalate complex cases, maintain high customer service standards. Requirements include excellent written English, strong communication skills, ability to work independently, reliable internet, attention to detail, willingness to learn. Salary €400 per month. Fully remote position with productivity monitoring software. Responsibilities include responding via WhatsApp, Meta, Email, and other channels.
