Forge Biologics is hiring a friendly and approachable Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Grove City, Ohio. In this key role, you will provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing client satisfaction. We value collaboration and continuous improvement to ensure our customers receive timely and effective support. Key Responsibilities Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with clear, accurate information. Resolve complaints and technical issues patiently and efficiently. Educate customers on product features and best practices to improve their experience. Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the support ticketing system. Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product updates and service protocols. Collect customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven problem-solving skills in customer-facing roles. Technical support experience and familiarity with common software tools is a plus. Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. This full-time position offers remote work eligibility and operates within a supportive, team-oriented environment. You will report directly to the Customer Support Team Lead and regularly collaborate across departments to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
