Aon is in the business of better decisions. The role supports broking clients and potential new broking relationships by evaluating security programs and cyber risk.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions of Aon proprietary assessment (CyQu) reports and review potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
• Evaluate appropriate actions to improve cyber risk management and risk transfer solutions.
• Collaborate with Aon's advisory resources to recommend strategies to reduce security risks across cloud services, on-premise infrastructure, servers, network devices, user endpoints, and employee awareness.
• Understand client processes and controls, and associated risks relating to electronic and non-electronic information security.
• Advise clients on strategies to defend against ransomware, nation-state attacks, and insider threat when more sophisticated advisory solutions are not viable.
• Assist with client engagement pursuits, including pre-sales scoping and proposals for advisory, testing, and threat intelligence services.
• Discuss IT network and security architectures related to identities, access privileges, delegated administration, workflow, and access control.
• Formulate executive level recommendations related to Information Security.
