About the RoleUse Cyber Intrusion, SIGINT, HUMINT, IMINT, GEOINT, and OSINT databases and reporting to assess foreign cyber collection threats to U.S. Army, DoD, and Intelligence Community interests worldwide. Integrate, evaluate, analyze, and convert raw reporting and all available data into finished intelligence products.

ResponsibilitiesAnalyze national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature; assess, interpret, forecast, and explain their significance.Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.Identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts targeting sensitive U.S. national security information, activities, personnel, and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies.Apply knowledge of foreign intelligence capabilities and activities, U.S. and partner CI capabilities, and tactics, techniques, and procedures to conduct in-depth research, produce all-source CI studies, and contribute to CI strategies.Produce products addressing strategic, current, and anticipatory foreign cyber threats and provide assessments and judgments concerning implications for the Army, DoD, and Intelligence Community.Answer production requirements and requests for information; identify intelligence gaps; write consumer evaluations of raw reporting; and prepare and present briefings.Develop and present programs of instruction concerning collection-operations TTPs and related processes relevant to DoD intelligence operations.Produce required threat intelligence briefings, ACIC special reports, CI notes, cyber threat analytical products, and visual information products.

QualificationsCI Cyber Subject Matter Expert credentials demonstrated by two or more years of experience analyzing foreign cyber threats and two or more years of experience performing CI analysis, operations, or investigations.Specific experience using Microsoft applications and M3, RMT, CIA WIRe, NSA PULSE, TAC, ALICE, ID Scoreboard, and CHROME.Graduate of an in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent.U.S. citizenship.Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access; must maintain required TS/SCI and Visitor Access Request System (VARS) access for the life of the contract.Final Top Secret clearance with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) and eligibility for SCI indoctrination when SCI access is required.Current counterintelligence (CI)-scope polygraph (within the last five years), and willingness to undergo CI-scope and/or random CI polygraph examinations when required by the duty position, station, or access requirements.Ability to obtain and maintain required NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS accounts, access cards, certificates, and network access, where available and required.Ability to work primarily onsite in a Government-owned or Government-leased secure facility; routine telework is not authorized.Ability and willingness to travel within CONUS and OCONUS for meetings, conferences, training, and mission requirements, subject to Government authorization.Ability to comply with site- and contract-specific security policies, complete ACIC-mandated training, and execute the required nondisclosure agreement before beginning work.

Required SkillsCompletion of the Defense Cyber Investigations Training Academy (DCITA) Cyber Fundamentals 100, Cyber Fundamentals 200, and Introduction to Networks and Computer Hardware (INCH) courses.

Preferred SkillsCompletion of the Joint Military Intelligence Training Center (JMITC) Intelligence Cyberthreat Analysis Course (ICAC).
