Job description

Tasks

  • Design enterprise authorization architecture for AI agents, applications, APIs, tools, and human identities.
  • Establish reusable authorization patterns for agent-to-agent, agent-to-tool, and machine-to-machine interactions.
  • Implement Zero Trust, Least Privilege, Zero Standing Privilege (ZSP), and runtime access controls.
  • Define lifecycle governance for AI agents and non-human identities, including credential management and deprovisioning.
  • Develop security standards for OAuth 2.0, OIDC, token exchange, delegated authorization, and workload identity.
  • Partner with IAM, PAM, IGA, Cloud Security, AI Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
  • Evaluate emerging AI security technologies and establish governance, auditability, and monitoring standards.

Requirements

  • Enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governance (IGA)
  • AWS AgentCore and Microsoft Foundry
  • SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Entro Security
  • Ping Identity Platform and Ping Agent IAM Core
  • CyberArk, CyberArk Idira, and secrets management
  • Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
  • OAuth 2.0, OIDC, API security, and workload identity
  • AWS, Azure, Active Directory, LDAP, and hybrid IAM
  • AI governance frameworks: NIST AI RMF and OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications
  • 3+ years of experience solving complex technical problems and driving cross-functional initiatives; 5+ years preferred.
  • Strong cybersecurity IAM architecture and integration experience.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, lead architecture discussions, and communicate with executive
