About the role
Rockwell is seeking a Cybersecurity Compliance Officer to implement and monitor cybersecurity compliance and governance activities.
Responsibilities
- Support compliance reviews, audits, risk assessments, and reporting.
- Develop, review, and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Track remediation of findings, control gaps, and compliance requirements.
- Support incident response coordination and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with IT, Legal, HR, DPO, Risk, and business units on security and compliance matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, compliance, governance, risk, or audit.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity laws, regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance processes.
- Strong documentation, audit, analytical, and stakeholder coordination skills.
