Mandatory Skills:
Proven project management skills with a strong focus on cybersecurity initiatives.
Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Experience with risk assessment and management tools.
Knowledge of cloud security principles and practices.
Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
