Cybersecurity Engineer

About the role

The role focuses on improving endpoint monitoring, security operations, automation, and incident response across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.

Tasks

• Build AI-powered automation for endpoint health, application status, and performance monitoring.
• Develop AI agents and assistants using MCP servers, LLMs, and third-party APIs.
• Integrate endpoint security platforms with SIEM and enterprise systems.
• Support incident response, troubleshooting, compliance, and security engineering initiatives.
• Implement monitoring and observability for AI-agent workflows.
• Prepare technical documentation, system-health reports, and compliance updates.
• Identify root causes, recommend system enhancements, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant software development and security engineering experience.
• Strong Python/Go programming skills and experience with LLM APIs.
• Experience building reliable agentic workflows, including error handling and recovery.
• Knowledge of MCP servers, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Experience with CrowdStrike Falcon or similar endpoint detection and response platforms.
• Strong understanding of endpoint management and Windows, macOS, and Linux internals.
• Experience integrating security APIs, SIEM tools, and enterprise platforms.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; master’s degree preferred.
• Green Card / US Citizen only

Schedule

• Hybrid – 3+ days onsite per week
• Contract: 6+ Months

Pay

• $64/hour
