Job description
Edxploit Technologies is hiring a full-time Cybersecurity Trainer in Sholapur, Maharashtra, India. This role is remote eligible and focuses on building cybersecurity skills and strengthening security awareness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training on cybersecurity principles, ethical hacking, and network protection.
- Lead hands-on workshops and simulations with Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, and Wireshark.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using participant feedback and assessments, and improve materials as needed.
- Keep training content current with emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and practices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to tailor training to organizational needs.
- Facilitate discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions that promote security awareness.
- Prepare reports on training results and participant progress.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or a related field.
- Experience in cybersecurity training or a comparable role.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, ethical hacking, and networking.
- Proficiency with Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, and Wireshark.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with certifications such as CEH or CISSP is preferred.
