Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on cybersecurity principles, including ethical hacking and network protection. Conduct hands-on workshops and simulations using tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, and Wireshark. Assess training effectiveness through feedback and evaluations, making adjustments to training materials as necessary. Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and threats to ensure training content is relevant and effective. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop specialized training tailored to specific organizational needs. Facilitate discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions to cultivate a culture of security awareness across the organization. Prepare reports on training outcomes and participant progress to provide insights for organizational development. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity or a related field. Proven experience in cybersecurity training or a similar role. Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including ethical hacking and networking. Familiarity with industry-standard certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP) is preferred. Proficient in using cybersecurity tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, and Wireshark. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
