QUALIFICATION:
BACHELOR’S OR MASTER’S DEGREE IN IT OR EQUIVALENT
EXPERIENCE:
2+ YEARS
RESPONSIBILITIES (from caption):
• Transform complex HR, staffing and clinical placements dataset into clean, structured formats.
• Build and manage Dashboards in Power BI.
• Define KPIs and keep track of outcomes.
• Automate routine reporting.
• Perform exploratory data analysis.
• Document data models, ETL flows and dashboard logic to ensure reproducibility.
Requirements (from caption):
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, Excel and Tableau.
• Knowledge of ETL pipelines and Pandas.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization and exploratory data analysis.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Healthcare or data analytics domain experience is preferred.
